A Few Microsoft Word Tips

I love Microsoft Word, but Word for the Mac is a little different, primarily because the keyboard is different.  There are three tasks I used consistently while creating and editing documents in Word that I had to get used to using the Mac – page break, highlighting an entire line, going to the end of a document, and going to the beginning of a document. Here are the keyboard shortcuts for each of these tasks:

  • Page break = shift + command + return
  • Highlight enter line = shift + command + right arrow
  • Go to the beginning of a document = fn + command + right arrow
  • Go to the end of a document = fn + command + left arrow

Have fun!
